Measuring Organizational Culture in Hotels, Restaurants and Travel Agencies in Montenegro

Organizational culture has a strong influence on the management of organization because cultural patterns are at core all human behavior and actions. The aim this paper is to determine character dominant models organizational in tourism hospitality sector Montenegro. In study, field survey questionnaire was used, among employees hotels, restaurants travel agencies we examined specifically how characteristics company affect perception its culture. Furthermore, study also respondents Research hypotheses were tested with CHAID analysis, using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Results show that largest number hotel catering companies Montenegro have an clan second most represented hierarchy. main finding from conducted research fact type structure significantly influenced by tourist geographic distribution. obtained results hotels southern part Montenegro, hierarchy predominant, while central northern regions it dominates. practical contribution implication creating knowledge can be used managers create corporate strategy, recognizing become important aspect for senior management, i.e., managing development.
